Whole Life: Provides coverage at level premiums for the insured’s entire life, provided the premiums are paid as specified in the insurance policy’s contact. Builds cash value. Universal Life: Set amount of coverage with a tax-deferred, cash accumulation account based on current interest rates. More flexible than whole life insurance, universal life allows the policy owner to modify the policy face value and amount or premium paid. Term Life: Maximum protection with minimal cost, with coverage for a specific period of time. Types include decreasing term, annual renewable term and long-term level premium for 10, 15, 20 and 30 years. Variable Life Insurance: Offers the security and tax advantages of life insurance coupled with the growth potential of equity investing.
Homeowner’s insurance: Provides protection for both the home and its contents against a broad range of perils; it also provides broad personal liability coverage. Condo unit owner’s insurance provides coverage for personal property and liability, while renter’s insurance offers personal property and liability. Auto insurance: Provides protection for physical damage, payments for medical expenses and liability protection. An endorsement is available for motor homes, golf carts, campers or recreational vehicles.

Intermediate Care: same as skilled care, except it requires only intermittent or occasional nursing and rehabilitative care Custodial Care: includes help with day to day activities such as eating and dressing
